How much does it cost?

Most video tape and audio cassette tape conversions are $20 per tape. Slides, photos, audio, and special formats may vary — but pricing is always kept simple, clear, and affordable.

Do you convert tapes for Adam Design Ltd customers?

Yes. While Adam Design Ltd is closed, we welcome Adam Design customers to come to us. We now handle their tape conversion work under Eagle TV Ltd. In most cases our prices will be the same.

Drop‑Off & Collection

Please contact us to arrange a drop‑off appointment in Pakuranga. We accept tapes 24/7 by arrangement — day or night — for your convenience.

How long does the conversion take?

Most jobs are completed within 2–5 days, depending on volume. Large batches may take longer, but we’ll give you a clear timeframe. Urgent conversions may be possible overnight, or same day, just depends on our workload.

How will I get my digital files?

You can choose:

MP4 files
Cloud download link by arrangement
DVD or CD (if requested)

Can you fix damaged tapes?

In many cases, yes. We can repair broken tape, damaged shells, or stuck reels. There may be a small additional fee depending on the repair.

Can you improve the quality of old recordings?

We can often improve brightness, colour, audio levels, and stability — but results depend on the original tape condition.

Photos, Slides & Documents

Do you scan photos and slides?

Yes — we scan photos, slides, negatives, and documents into high‑resolution digital files.

Can you restore old photos?

We can perform basic digital restoration such as colour correction, dust removal, and brightness adjustment.

Security & Handling

Is my material safe with you?

Absolutely. Your tapes and photos are handled securely from drop‑off to completion. We treat your memories with the same care we give our own.

Do you keep copies of my files?

Yes — we only keep a back-up copy for 30 days in case there is a technical issue with your copy. All our copies are then deleted if there are no issues.
